These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, digital products, and coaching services.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legal agreement.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Digital products are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Coaching sessions must be scheduled and attended within the timeframe specified in the purchase confirmation. Missed sessions are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
We process payments via third-party services, including Stripe, and do not store credit card details.
Canadian customers are subject to applicable taxes (e.g., HST). Customers outside Canada are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or fees.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided unless there is a technical issue preventing access or download.
Coaching Sessions: Refunds are not offered for coaching sessions. However:
- Cancellations Made at Least 48 Hours Before the Session Start Time: You may reschedule your session free of charge.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Session Start Time or No-Shows: The session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Exceptions: Exceptions may be made at Coach V’s sole discretion based on extenuating circumstances..
All content provided, including PDFs, videos, and coaching materials, is protected under copyright laws. You may not redistribute, share, or sell any content without our explicit permission.
Our coaching services are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the outcomes or decisions you make based on our services.
We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Customers agree to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled exclusively in Ontario courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
